1993    First contract in Bulgaria  – “Toplofikatsia Plovdiv – Sever” AD – Public power plant

1993    First international contract – Honeywell Austria – Bandar Abbas Refinery – Iran

1994    Signing of the partnership agreement with Honeywell Bulgaria

1995    Building of a Syscont’s Demo-system for developing and testing

1996    First project in Africa – Arzew gas terminal - Algeria

1997    Beginning of a long term series of projects in Kazakhstan, Tengiz – Oil extracting and transport

1998    First project in the Middle East – Kuwait – Boilers control

1999    First remote engineering project – Honeywell Phoenix, USA – Shurtan chemical gas complex - Uzbekistan

2000    First complex project in a big public power plant – TEC “Bobov dol” AD – Power generation units 1 and 2

2001    Beginning of the development of HMI (Human-Machine Interface), part of  the Honeywell’s Experion PKS system graphical software

2003    First complex international project – Honeywell UK – Tengiz, Kazakhstan, SGI

2006    Complex automation and modernization project – TEC “Maritsa Iztok 2” – Power generation units 1, 3 and 4

2006    Beginning of the project design for the Hydrocracking plant in the Kirishi Petrochemical complex – Russia, the biggest project in the company’s history ever

Staff

Currently, Syscont employs 15 highly-skilled engineers who have received their engineering/IT degrees from either the Technical University of Sofia or the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy - Sofia.

Management

Syscont’s management is comprised of Sergey Varamezov and Emil Evangelatov, who are also the company’s major shareholders.
